  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted has been wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may send us a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or if outside the United States, the U.S. you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.


4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate, without notice, the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.


5. Modifications

We may update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
